Reservations

A reservation request becomes a confirmed booking only once our concierge team confirms it with you directly. Vehicles are provided in the requested class or an equivalent of the same standard.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and amendment terms are communicated at the time of confirmation and vary by service type and distance.

Conduct & safety

Chauffeurs may decline requests that would compromise safety or legality. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Personal items left in vehicles are returned wherever possible but travel at the owner's risk.
